Entry Requirements

Undergraduate

• Completed secondary education (IB, A-levels, State Board, etc.)
Minimum age: 18
English: IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL iBT 55 (Duolingo/OOPT accepted)

Postgraduate

• Bachelors degree or significant culinary industry experience
English: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
• All applications reviewed individually
credit for prior learning or work experience possible
